About Us
Welcome to our updated webpage! We are a small home-based quilting shop located in the Pacific Northwest on Bainbridge Island, WA, a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle, WA. The shop owner and operator, Heather, retired in 2002 following a 23-year career in public service. Heather is an avid quilter, cross-stitcher, and enjoys sewing clothing and home dec items.
Our Business
Fabric, Fabric, Fabric!! We are completely obsessed with color, contrast, pattern, texture, and all things fabric related! The manipulation of fabrics to create quilts, wallhangings, and other family herilooms has been an essential part of the American woman's life experience throughout the ages. We are sublimely happy to carry on that artform and to share it with others.
